PDF Templates
What are PDF templates?
PDF templates enable users and User Officers to download proposals in a well-formatted and standardized PDF document for summary and sharing. User Officers can customize PDF templates by adjusting code to modify elements such as font size, colour and other formatting options.

How do I create PDF templates?
Step 1. Navigate to the PDF templates page
- In the main menu select Templates
- From the dropdown menu, choose PDF
Step 2. Create a new PDF template
- On the PDF templates page, click the
CREATE
button - Enter a name for your new PDF template. You may also provide an optional description
- Click
CREATE
to proceed
Step 3. Edit the PDF template
- In the PDF template editor, you can modify various sections of the template including the body, header, footer, sample declaration, and dummy data. Use the code editor to customize elements such as font, text size, colour, and formatting. The editor provides a preview feature so where you can see changes in real-time. To see information on the PDF template documentation, open the
HELP
page.
Step 4. Update your changes
- Once you are satisfied with your edits, click the
UPDATE
button to save and apply the changes to the PDF template.
How do I edit PDF templates?
Step 1. Navigate to the PDF templates page
- To edit a pre-existing PDF template, select Templates from the main menu
- From the dropdown menu, choose PDF
Step 2. Find the PDF template you wish to edit
- On the PDF templates page, find the template you wish to edit. You may wish to use the
SEARCH
function to search for the name or description if there are a lot of templates.

How do I clone PDF templates?
Step 1. Navigate to the PDF templates page
- To clone a pre-existing PDF template, select Templates from the main menu
- From the dropdown menu, choose PDF
Step 2. Find the PDF template you wish to edit
- On the PDF templates page, find the template you wish to clone. You may wish to use the
SEARCH
function to search for the name or description if there are a lot of templates.
Step 3. Clone the template
- Click the
CLONE
function on the template to create a clone. Note: the clone will be renamed 'Copy of (name)' and will be edded to the end of the list of PDF templates.
How do I archive and unarchive PDF templates?
The archive system allows you to save PDF templates for future reference. Archiving PDF templates will prevent them from being able to be linked to calls or searched for in the PDF templates page.
NOTE: This feature is useful to prevent infrequently used PDF templates from crowding the User Office interface.
Step 1. Navigate to the PDF templates page
- To edit a pre-existing PDF template, select Templates from the main menu
- From the dropdown menu, choose PDF
Step 2. Archive or Unarchive the PDF template
- To archive a PDF template, click on the
ARCHIVE
action next to the template name. This action will send the PDF template to theARCHIVED
tab. - To unarchive a PDF template, simply go to the
ARCHIVED
tab and click on theUNARCHIVE
action next to the template name. This action will send the PDF template to theCURRENT
tab.
How do I export and import PDF templates?*
Step 1. Navigate to the PDF templates page
- To edit a import or export a PDF template, select Templates from the main menu
- From the dropdown menu, choose PDF
Step 2. Export or Import the PDF template

To Export a PDF template, click on the
EXPORT
action on the desired template. This action will export the PDF template to a .json file which can be shared and imported in User Office. -
To Import a PDF template, click on the
IMPORT
button at the bottom of the page. This will open the Import template page. From here, click onSELECT FILE
to import .json PDF templates.
What does #calls mean on PDF templates?
- '#Calls' refers to the number of calls the PDF template has been utilized in.
