Visit Registration Templates
What are visit registration templates?
Visit registration templates are standardized forms used to gather and organize information from visitors planning to access a research facility. These templates collect essential details regarding visitor accommodation needs, arrival and departure dates, and on-site access, ensuring that the visit is properly coordinated and compliant with facility protocols.
Each visitor named on a visit fills out their own copy of this form.
Who can fill out a visit registration?
A registration belongs to a single visitor. Only that visitor — and the User Officer — can see or edit it. The Principal Investigator and the team lead can see who is on the visit, but not the contents of other people's registrations.
Before anyone can register, the Principal Investigator must have defined the visit and added the visitor to the team. See Visits for who can define and edit a visit, and for what the registration statuses mean.
